From model rooms to complex full renovations, Nazco has completed over 100 projects across the United States. Our experienced team of project managers oversee all aspects of hospitality construction, from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and expectations exceeded. Accomplishing this means we know how to manage all the logistics of a project. No two construction projects are alike and each one brings unique challenges. Nazco has the experience in the hospitality industry to complete the project while working with the hotel staff to ensure they can continue to full operations and meet their guest's needs with as little obstruction as possible.

Kevork NazarianPrincipal
Kevork has been in the construction industry for over 35 years and contributes specific expertise in finance and information systems to the Nazco team throughout the scoping, pricing, and bidding phases. Kevork prepares cost analysis for the construction aspect of the projects with clients in the early stages of the planning process to ensure optimum value within the client's budget so that all NAZCO projects begin with clear, defined, and achievable goals specific to the client's needs.
Rafi NazarianPrincipal
Rafi has accumulated knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance and construction industry through over 35 years in the field. With his hands on experience of every phase of design and implementation, he ensures that all construction products and material needed for a client are correct and on site for a continuous, efficient, and on budget work flow.
Harry NazarianChief Financial Officer
With a background in accounting and bookkeeping in the construction, real-estate development, and management fields spanning 30 years, Harry makes sure that all compliance paperwork required by our clients of us and our subcontractors are in order and up to date, as well as managing the Company's financials.
Shaunt NazarianSenior Project Manager
Shaunt has over 10 years of construction project management experience. Shaunt keeps projects moving efficiently and keeps the schedule on time and on budget. He has been with Nazco since graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Jeffrey RomanSenior Operations Officer
Jeffrey brings over 8 years of strategy and policy experience in the energy sector to Nazco Enterprises. He works on business operations and development. Jeffrey graduated from the University of Maryland.
Avedis NazarianProject Manager
Avedis graduated from California State University Northridge while he simultaneously gained four years of property management experience with Nazco. He brings this experience to the construction side to ensure proper execution of Nazco’s contractual commitments.
Ashley NazarianController
Ashley brings her experience with public accounting. Ashley keeps Nazco’s office up to date with industry best practices and ensures the office runs efficiently to provide our customers with the service they deserve. Ashley graduated from Frostburg State University with a degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration.
